On July 15,2016, Nanjing Red Sun Co.,ltd (“Red Sun”; Stock code: 000525) released semi-annual report in 2016.
During the reporting period, affected by overcapacity of pesticide industry, lack market demand at home and abroad and fierce competition etc, Red Sun’s main products price suffers a record low and keeps low trend. Red Sun estimated its an operation revenue of 2.174 billion yuan in the first half year of 2016, down 34.37% and an operation profit of 29 million yuan, drop 83.76%, a net profit attributable to listed company shareholder of 57 million yuan, down 67.39% YoY.
