According to Noposion’s recent announcement, to promote the development of Kingenta and Noposion in their relevant business areas, the two parties will set up a business cooperation platform, bring their respective strengths in technical development and research, market channel and brand operation and so on into full play, and develop all-round, in-depth strategic cooperation in integration of pesticide and fertilizer, circulation of agricultural materials platform and promotion of advanced agricultural services. They will also apply their products, technologies and agrochemical services in the agricultural production and actively explore new agricultural and business models and provide optimum crop protection solutions. The cooperation between the two parties aims to improve the practice of agricultural science in fields by growers and at the same time complement each other’s advantages and realize a win-win situation.

Noposion claimed that, the Strategic Cooperation Agreement will help Noposion further expand its marketing channels, facilitate R&D and manufacture of the technology for integration of pesticide and fertilizer, and improve the all-round one-stop agrochemical service level and the use level of the Chinese pesticide and fertilizer industry.
