According to Huapont-Nutrichem Co., Ltd.’s 2014 semi-annual report released recently, the operating revenue of the company reached 2.603 billion yuan during the reporting period, an increase of 20.14% on a year-on-year basis. The agrochemical divisions operating avenue reached 1.9219402 billion yuan, an increase of 178.6372 million yuan compared to the same period of last year and a gain of 10.25% on a year-on-year basis. The net profit of the agrochemical division reached 116.7685 million yuan, an increase of 26.3166 million yuan compared to the same period of last year and a gain of 29.09% on a year-on-year basis; during the reporting period, each operational indicator of the agrochemical division has seen a steady growth.
During the reporting period, Huapont-Nutrichem has fully acquired wholly-owned subsidiaries Shandong Kaisheng New Materials Co., Ltd. and Shandong Fuer Co., Ltd. Beijing Nutrichem Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huapont-Nutrichem, invested 5.1 million yuan in establishing Ningxia Nutrichem Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. on 15th, April 2014. Huapont Pharm (HK) Co., Ltd., another wholly-owned subsidiary of Huapont-Nutrichem, invested 100,000 US dollars in establishing Nutrichem (US) Co., Ltd. on 28th, May 2014.
